Park Rules

All Patrons must register at the office upon arrival
Check in time is 1:00pm and check out time is at 11:00am
Any Patron/s that remain in the park after 11:00am on check out will be subject to an additional site fees
Registration ends at 10:00pm, unless discussed prior
Quiet time is from 10:00pm to 8:00am
All fees are non-transferable, and rates cover 2 adults and children under the age of 17 years
- Additional guests must register and pay applicable fees
Providing of door codes to others for bathrooms and/or laundry room is not permitted
- Please advise person/s to speak with Park staff regarding access to facilities
Registered guests are responsible for their visitors
- Please inform them of our rules
- If your visitors do not respect the Park Rules, they will be asked to leave the property
Restrooms, showers and laundry facilities are for park Patrons only
Please keep the restrooms clean and tidy
Dying of hair, spitting on shower stalls and/or communal showering is not permitted
Please turn off lights when exiting the bathrooms
Muddy footwear is not permitted in office, bathrooms and/or laundry room
If cleaning or maintenance is needed in bathrooms or laundry rooms please advise Park staff immediately
Vehicles are to be parked on gravel pads only
No parking of any vehicles is permitted on grassed areas or on roadways
- Please speak to Park staff if needing additional parking space
Driving through pull through sites is not permitted
Damage to site posts will be subject to applicable fees
Speed Limit is 10 KM/H, this is strictly enforced at all times
No vehicles or ATV’s are permitted on walking trails
Washing of RV's or vehicles is not permitted
Items to be moved off grass during lawn maintenance
Charging of external devices (fridges, freezers, washer, dryers, etc.) is not permitted
- Additional fees to charge external devices is $10.00 per week
Charging of electric vehicles is an additional cost, Park staff will be happy to discuss pricing if necessary
Sherk’s RV Park Ltd is not liable for injuries, property damage or loss
Personal valuables are to be secured at all times
Patrons and visitors must follow Park rules or face eviction without refund
Zero tolerance policy for profanity, violence or abuse to Park staff or Patrons
All alcohol and marijuana use must be kept at and consumed at your site
No consumption of cigarettes, alcohol or marijuana may take place in publicly used areas or facilities
Discard cigarette or marijuana butts properly; a $200.00 cleanup fee applies for violations
No drunkenness or noisy parties are allowed
Campfires are allowed in designated areas and must be kept 10ft away from any structures
- If fire bans are in effect no fires will be permitted
Do not leave your campfire burning unattended
Sherk’s RV Park is not responsible for any loss due to fire
Burning of garbage or other materials incurs a $150.00 clean up fee
Only firewood sold by Sherk’s RV Park is permitted to be burned in the Park
- Burning of outside materials is prohibited in the Park
Deface of trees or branches is not permitted
Campers are required to keep their lots neat and tidy at all times
All garbage must be discarded in provided garbage bins
Recycle bin is used for refundable bottles and cans only. No garbage, soup cans etc is permitted in the recycle bin
No discarding of bottles or garbage in bushed areas are permitted; if discarded materials found at your camp site a $150.00 clean up fee applies
Pets are to be kept on leashes and cleaned up after at all times
Pets are not allowed in office, laundry or bathroom facilities at anytime
Failure to clean up after your pet will result in a $200.00 clean up fee
Aggressive or disruptive pets will be asked to leave (ie. Excessive barking)
Tenting is allowed only in designated tenting areas
No tents or other forms of shelters are allowed on grassed areas between sites
Satellite or internet dishes are not allowed on grassed areas
Picnic tables will be moved off grassed areas when maintenance is being done
Do not put grills, BBQ or hot surfaces on picnic tables as they are plastic
- If your picnic table is burned or damaged due to misuse or neglect Sherk’s RV Park reserves the right to charge $400.00 replacement cost
All sewer hookups are required to have sewer elbows
Ensure your valve remains closed till you are ready to dump
Flushing of sanitary products, paper towel or wipes is not permitted
Patrons are responsible for plumbing costs due to negligence
Playground area is unsupervised, parents or guardians are responsible for their children’s safety
The Gazebo is free of charge for any Park Patron, reserve at office
- Gazebo must be cleaned after use
BBQ’s located at the Gazebo may be used by Park Patrons
- Cleaning of BBQ grates is required after use
Failure to comply with the rules or jeopardizing the safety/enjoyment of other Patron’s will result in eviction without refund
Rules may be adjusted as deemed necessary by Sherk’s RV Park
