Exchange Rate Policy
All fees are collected in Canadian dollars. American cash currency will be the equivalent to Canadian currency.
Cancellation Policy
All fees must be paid in advance to guarantee your campsite. Cancellation requirements are 7 days prior to your reservation. All reservations are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee plus applicable fees. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to your reservation date are subject to the following fees: Daily site reservation – Daily Rate, Weekly site reservation – Daily Rate, Monthly Site reservation – Weekly rate.
Return Policy
No refunds on food, hygiene, or laundry products. No refunds will be provided on propane products or services. Refunds on unused camping supplies will be subject to a $10.00 transaction fee. If you qualify for a refund it will be issued at check-out and through the same method of payment minus transaction fees. All refunds are non-transferable.
